Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a QA/QC specialist in Goodyear, AZ to support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards. You will verify product quality, analyze data with Excel, and manage documentation to support the Quality Management System.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify corrective actions, maintain dashboards, and assist audits. fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus, with Monday–Friday 8–5 shifts and a $22 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Experience using Microsoft Forms and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, quality inspections, validation of parts and materials to blueprint specifications, and calibration processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records within Quality and Safety systems.
• Ability to understand, maintain, and support quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional teams and diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow QA procedures and QA Supervisor directions to verify incoming, in-process, and outgoing product against requirements.
• Validate parts to blueprint specifications using calibrated metrology methods and maintain calibration standards.
• Record inspection results and keep accurate records and filing systems.
• Perform stock purges on nonconforming product as directed by the customer.
• Assist on-site customer and government QA representatives.
• Contribute to improving Quality systems supporting ISO standards and preventive actions.
• Maintain Quality dashboards, reports, and QA metrics data.
• Support audits with required documentation and record keeping.
