Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality standards and quality management systems.
• Ability to validate parts and materials to blueprint specifications and perform inspection records.
• Experience with calibration processes and measurement/verification methods.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to interact with management and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Follow QA instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Verify incoming, in-process, and outgoing product against customer requirements.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate filing systems.
• Perform stock purges on nonconforming product as directed by the customer.
• Assist on-site customer and government QA representatives.
• Support ISO and OHSA-related quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet customer expectations of quality, safety, and value.
