Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring a QA role to ensure quality standards within contracts, focusing on safety, accuracy and process efficiency. The role requires following QA instructions, verifying parts against customer specs, and maintaining records.

You will support ISO 9000 and OHSA compliance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate reads and writes English fluently, has a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience, with exposure to quality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality standards and measurement and calibration processes.
• Familiarity with OHSA and WHMIS, third-party warehousing, materials management.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in quality control or QA roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow QA work instructions set by the QA Supervisor and EQS-Quality Manager.
• Verify incoming, in-process, and outgoing product against customer requirements.
• Validate parts per blueprints and specs using approved methods; maintain calibration standards.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate filing systems.
• Perform stock purges on nonconforming products as directed by customers.
• Assist on-site customer and government QA representatives.
• Support EQS-Quality systems to uphold ISO and OHSA standards and improvements.
