Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Whitsett, NC is seeking a Quality Management professional to lead the Quality Team, ensure implementation of QMS, and drive continual improvement. You will coordinate with global quality governance and provide data-driven insights to enhance performance across processes.

The role focuses on maintaining certifications, guiding departments on quality requirements, and building a proactive quality culture aligned with CEVA’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Quality and Management Systems in Life science, medical devices, or Pharma.
• Managerial experience of at least 3 years.
• Experience in Licenses management with authorities.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485.
• Understanding of good distribution and manufacturing practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, GDP and GMP validation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a multi-site strategy around Quality Standards (ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485).
• Influence leadership to ensure world-class quality standards are met and embedded in CEVA’s culture.
• Ensure compliance with Standards and maintain Licenses for all Quality disciplines.
• Deliver expert and competent support to all relevant departments to design, realize and develop high quality standards.
• Guarantee audit/inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Upskill Audit & Quality Support Partners in technical ability and proactive service.
• Lead a motivated team to ensure performance levels and professional development.
• Promote and apply all rules concerning CEVA Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety.
