Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced education a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and use multiple software programs.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Perform data entry in multiple systems.
• Generate, maintain and manage reports designed to provide analytical support.
• Create forms from software and prepare document packages.
• Contact suppliers in effort to resolve open issues.
