Job summary

Seiler Instrument & Mfg. Co., Inc. is seeking a high-energy Quality Assurance Clerk in St. Louis, MO to maintain an organized system of communication and reports.

You will handle electronic and hard copy filing, perform data entry in multiple systems, generate and manage reports, create forms from software, and contact suppliers to resolve open issues. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred and a strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced education a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and use multiple software programs.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
