Job summary

Seiler Instrument & Mfg. Co., Inc. seeks a high-energy Quality Assurance Clerk to join our St. Louis, MO office. The role is responsible for maintaining an organized communication and reporting system to support quality processes and manufacturing efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of admin experience, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A manufacturing background is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and use multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Perform data entry in multiple systems.
• Generate, maintain and manage reports designed to provide analytical support.
• Create forms from software and prepare document packages.
• Contact suppliers in effort to resolve open issues.
