Seiler Instrument Company in Missouri seeks a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer to develop CNC programs, create fixtures, and design supporting drawings from customer blueprints. You will maintain setup instructions and optimize tooling for efficient production.

The role requires 7+ years in machining/engineering, strong Solidworks and Mastercam skills, and solid knowledge of fixture design, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 7+ years in machining/engineering preferred.
• Solidworks and Mastercam software experience required.
• Strong knowledge of fixture design and machining principles for CNC machines.
• Knowledge of materials and their machining characteristics.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation; GD&T proficiency.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Seiler Instrument Company, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer for our Manufacturing division. This position is responsible for creating models, CNC programs and designing fixtures for parts from customer supplied blue prints as well as design and maintain Seiler developed drawings. This position will also be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating detailed setup and work instructions for machine shop applications. Candidate must have a thorough working knowledge of modern machine shop practices and be able to optimize CNC programs to meet estimated times.
