Qualifications

• 5+ years of scripting experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Experience with modern programming languages including JavaScript, Jscript or Python.
• Strong understanding of SQL, API testing and Agile processes.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA analysts, fostering strong collaboration and driving high performance.
• Represent Test Automation to QA and IT leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on testing to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Implement best practices, policies and procedures to optimize QA processes.
• Track and report quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of scripting experience in a QA Automation Engineer role.
• Experience programming with a modern language such as JavaScript, Jscript or Python.
• Strong understanding of SQL, API testing and Agile.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tool.
