Responsibilities

• Oversee conformance to specifications for all departmental production and ensure items produced meet sales specifications.
• Perform audits and ensure coworkers adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Ensure corporate policies and procedures are followed.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry as required.
• Manage sorting and reworks; participate in the complaint process for internal and external customers.
