Pratt Industries is hiring a Quality & Safety Technician to support production teams in maintaining quality and safety standards at our West Carrollton facility. You will perform varied duties across departments, conduct quality checks, and help prevent defects from reaching customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and follow instructions, and willingness to work overtime. Pre-employment background and drug screen are required; Lift Truck Operator certification

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to read and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and customers.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written instructions.
• Good time management and reliable attendance are essential.

Responsabilités

• Perform tasks across production areas as needed.
• Conduct production quality checks and enforce safety guidelines.
• Assist with non-conforming supplier defects, sorting, and reworks.
• Support weekly KPIs and corrective action reports (CAR).
• Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries quality procedures.
• Participate in complaint handling and root cause analysis.
