Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for a short-term contract in College Park, GA. The role focuses on control quality and compliance, with responsibilities spanning audits, NCRs, material control, documentation, and process support.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to manage inspection reports and logs to ensure products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Compliance auditing: perform process audits and checks to verify production/assembly stages meet internal SOPs and external standards (e.g., ISO).
• Non-conformance reporting: generate and manage NCRs and assist with root cause documentation.
• Material control: manage non-conforming or rejected materials labeling and documentation.
• Documentation management: review and maintain quality records, batch records, and inspection logs for traceability.
• Process support: train and inform production staff on inspection criteria changes and quality procedures.

Control quality and compliance with high-value short-term contracts! We are urgently hiring quality assurance associates who can manage documentation and process auditing. Secure immediate contract by leveraging your skills to ensure products meet regulatory and internal standards. This role is ideal for experienced QA workers seeking project variety and immediate opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

• Compliance auditing: perform process audits and checks to verify that all production or assembly stages comply with internal sops and external industry standards (e.g., iso).
• Non-conformance reporting: generate and manage detailed non-conformance reports (ncrs) and assist with root cause analysis documentation.
• Material control: manage the control and segregation of non-conforming or rejected materials, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented.
• Documentation management: review and maintain the integrity of quality records, batch records, and inspection logs for traceability purposes.
• Process support: train and communicate with production staff regarding changes in inspection criteria or quality procedures.
