Job summary

• Perform continuous visual checks on products coming off the line, identifying surface flaws, defects, or missing components based on clear visual standards.
• Sort accepted components from rejected materials, ensuring the accurate segregation of non-conforming items.
• Accurately fill out simple qc logs and inspection checklists to record findings hourly or batch-by-batch.
• Collect samples of materials or components at specified intervals for further testing by senior staff.
• Communicate immediately with the production operator or supervisor when recurring quality issues are detected.
