Mill Haven Foods in New Lisbon, WI is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to ensure customer and supplier communications and to verify formulas and labels meet or exceed quality standards. The role requires updating MMRs and specification workbooks, supplier approvals, and maintaining accurate manufacturing records.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of QA experience in manufacturing, with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Education requirement is High School Diploma or equivalent, AA/EEO may apply.

Responsibilities

• Review customer supply documents.
• Research and respond to customer questions/concerns.
• Create, update Small Pack MMRs and Specification Workbooks.
• Supplier approvals.
• Incoming receipt label verification.
• Update manufacturing records and formulas.
• Label proof approval backup.
• Update ingredient files in Genesis.
• Input formulas and manage NLEAs and SFP panels in Genesis.
• Coordinate with R&D to ensure formula/ingredient information is correct in Genesis.
• Back-up for Quality Assurance Plant Document Control.
