Mill Haven Foods in New Lisbon, WI, is seeking Production Associates to support daily manufacturing of dairy powders and proteins. You will work on first or second shift, following standard work methods to ensure safe, efficient production and quality control.

No prior experience is required; we provide in-house training. You will handle bags of product, operate equipment, and document every step while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; in-house training provided.
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and quality in all tasks.
• Operate and monitor production lines and equipment.
• Complete documentation and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
