Job summary

Stryker is seeking a quality-focused professional to support MRB activities, investigate product quality issues, and determine disposition actions for returned items. You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and 3PL teams to address concerns and drive timely resolutions.

You will maintain records, analyze trends, and support root cause investigations and corrective actions while contributing to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to boost operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1+ years of quality, operations, manufacturing, or warehouse experience required.
  • Experience with product inspections or nonconforming materials preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and compliance standards preferred.
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or WMS experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with overtime as needed by the business.

  • Puerto Rico: $17.28 - $25.23 USD Hourly
  • USN: $31.92 - $44.88 USD Hourly
  • US5: $33.52 - $47.13 USD Hourly
  • US10: $35.12 - $49.37 USD Hourly
  • US15: $36.71 - $51.62 USD Hourly
  • US20: $38.31 - $53.86 USD Hourly
  • US30: $41.50 - $58.35 USD Hourly
