Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Quality Assurance/MRB support professional to coordinate and support MRB activities for damaged and potentially nonconforming products.

You will investigate quality issues, document findings, determine dispositions, and partner across Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and 3PL teams to drive timely resolutions while maintaining accurate records and supporting Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of quality, operations, manufacturing, or warehouse experience.
• Experience with product inspections or nonconforming materials preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and compliance standards.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or WMS experience a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule

Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with overtime as needed by the business.

What You Will Do
