Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Returns Associate in Indiana to help unload trucks, receive products into SAP, and process returns from customers. You will ensure accurate record-keeping in SAP and related systems while supporting daily operations in the Returns Department.

The role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards. Responsibilities include unboxing returns, restocking or repackaging items, and using SAP, EWM, and Microsoft Office to document

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • SAP Experience.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Unbox, remove packing materials, and repackage returned items.
  • Maintain accurate records using SAP, EWM, and Microsoft-based systems.
  • Report equipment or process issues to supervisors, especially those affecting quality, cost, or safety.
  • Troubleshoot return-related issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to daily tasks.
  • Inspect returned products to determine if they should be restocked, scrapped, or repackaged.
  • Support receipt and tracking of credit return orders and complaint‑related returns.

Onsite Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm, OT as needed

What you will do
  • The Returns Associate supports the daily operations in our Returns Department which starts with unloading our trucks and ends with receiving product into our SAP system and includes all steps in between.
  • Assist with daily unloading of return packages.
  • Unbox, remove shipping materials, and repackage returned items.
  • Maintain accurate records using SAP, EWM, and Microsoft-based systems.
  • Report equipment or process issues to supervisors, especially those affecting quality, cost, or safety.
  • Troubleshoot return-related issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to daily tasks.
  • Inspect returned products to determine if they should be restocked, scrapped, or repackaged.
  • Support receipt and tracking of credit return orders and complaint‑related returns, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
What you need
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Salary

$23.25 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.

Travel

Travel Percentage: 10%

Work Flexibility Details

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
