Qualifications

• Must follow documented test cases, procedures, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail when executing tests and recording results.
• Experience with API testing and browser development tools (e.g., Postman, Chrome/Edge DevTools).
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium or Playwright) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review the Release and Deployment Tracking Sheet to identify work that needs to be completed.
• Check emails daily to verify that all releases and deployments are up to date and accurately reflected on the tracking sheet.
• Select the top-priority item from the tracking list and begin testing.
• Participate in the daily standup meeting to provide updates on planned workload and current progress.
• Run a Jira query to ensure there are no tickets in your queue that require updates or action.
• Complete and submit the Replicon timesheet for the week to ensure accurate reporting of work hours and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for QA processes, test cases, and results.
• Update and refine testing procedures as tools, systems, and project requirements evolve.
• Support new QA team members with onboarding, process overviews, and tool navigation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
