Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to join our Bloomington office in a remote-capable role. You will develop test documentation, run end-to-end tests, and build automated test cases to ensure software quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years QA experience, strong SQL skills, familiarity with Selenium, and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. You will own test workstreams and collaborate with engineering to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
• 2-5 years QA experience, including system/integration/user acceptance testing
• 2+ years SQL/database experience
• Experience with Scrum/Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with test automation using Selenium

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical test configurations
• Identify and assess risks and implement mitigation plans
• Create test strategies ensuring functionality, performance and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering to plan testing approaches
• Execute end-to-end testing to meet deadlines
• Record, log, and track defects and coordinate resolutions
• Own a workstream through the full project lifecycle
• Present product expertise in training and implementation environments
