Job summary

Insurance Administrative Solutions, L.ll.c. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to interface with IT, QA, PM, BAs and Ops to identify testing needs. The role develops and executes test plans and runs automation scripts with the QA team.

The candidate will coordinate UAT testing, defect tracking and client communication, while following QA methodologies and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Quality, Engineering, IT or Business).
• 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process improvement.
• Hands-on test planning, execution and documentation experience.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and metrics reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with vendors and clients.
• Proficient with Excel/Word and SQL (T‑SQL) queries.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/CSS and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).

Responsibilities

• Interface with IT, QA, PM, BAs and Ops to identify testing needs.
• Develop, execute test plans and run automation scripts per project.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and scripts with QA team.
• Coordinate testing with UAT, defect tracking, and client communications.
• Follow QA methodology and adapt to changing priorities.
• Write concise test documentation and maintain traceability to requirements.
• Maintain confidential information and work with vendors/clients as needed.
