Qualifications

• Three years of related IT experience and two years in QA or business analysis.
• Experience writing test cases and test plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework) preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira or other service management software valued.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to gather, define, write, and execute test cases.
• Configure and implement automated testing tools.
• Perform unit, system, integration, regression, and other testing.
• Troubleshoot and document complex system issues.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation and SOPs.
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs.
