Job summary

Liquidity Services Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to lead test planning, development, and execution across enterprise applications.

You will implement automated testing using C# or Java, build dashboards for test results, and ensure quality across the SDLC in a fast-paced delivery team. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in CS, strong back-end testing experience, and familiarity with Postman, Selenium, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Strong manual back-end testing experience including database, data feeds, scheduled jobs/batch processing
• Experience with development life cycle methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, KanBan)
• Familiarity with writing test cases in Katalon, Junit, OR Selenium
• Working knowledge of Postman and Postman automation for API testing
• Ability to construct basic SQL queries for data validation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills in a virtual environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex system requirements and define test cases
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
• Understanding of SDLC phases including testing stages
• Experience with performance, security, and/or accessibility testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Implement automated testing using C# / Java and/or related technologies.
• Develop and verify automation test cases for unit, functional, performance, security, and integration testing.
• Maintain test automation scripts within the delivery team.
• Build dashboards for viewing test results and metrics for stakeholders.
• Ensure quality processes across all SDLC phases.
• Handle multiple projects with varying instructions.
• Develop understanding of system design and data models of large software systems.
• Collaborate with other testers to share insights and guidance.
• Perform analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, and defect reporting for enterprise applications.
• Write basic SQL queries for data validation.
• Participate in post-production verification.
