Job summary

Beacon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for our client partner. The role focuses on hands-on testing to support story testing with the web development team, ensuring acceptance criteria are met and UI remains consistent.

The analyst will participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, provide clear feedback, and help ensure data integrity using SQL Server Management Studio. Hybrid role with 1 day in office per week in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

Quality assurance testing with 3 years of experience.
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio viewing table data and writing SQL queries, 3 years.
Experience with QA methodologies and testing techniques, 3 years.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum SDLC and key deliverables, 3 years.
Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders, 3 years.
Experience in technical writing and documentation, 3 years.
Experience with DevOps (or a similar product), 3 years.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, verify, and test story acceptance criteria ensuring UI consistency and proper function.
Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies and provide clear written/verbal feedback.
Possess experience with Agile Scrum roles, ceremonies, artifacts, and cadence.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of overall QA/testing processes.
Write SQL queries to verify data integrity and data manipulation.
