Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality assurance/software testing experience.
• 3+ years of experience testing user stories and acceptance criteria with developers and BAs.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile Scrum, including ceremonies and cadence.
• 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or similar platform.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to view data and write queries.
• Experience with QA methodologies, testing processes, and lifecycle awareness.
• Ability to document defects and testing results clearly for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with developers and BAs to evaluate and test user story acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on QA testing of web applications to verify functionality against requirements.
• Validate UI consistency and correctness across the product.
• Identify defects and clearly document findings for the team.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and story refinement.
• Provide clear feedback based on testing results.
• Use SSMS to view data and validate system calculations and data manipulation.
• Work within Azure DevOps or a similar platform.
• Create and maintain testing documentation.
• Collaborate with project leads and the development team.
