Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to join a collaborative web development team in a hybrid role with one in-office day per week.

You will perform hands-on QA testing, verify story acceptance criteria, and ensure UI consistency across applications, while participating in Agile Scrum ceremonies and providing clear feedback. Candidates should have at least three years of QA experience, be proficient with SQL Server Management Studio, and understand DevOps practices to support

Qualifications

• 3 years of quality assurance testing experience.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio to view table data and run queries.
• Experience with QA methodologies and testing techniques.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum lifecycle and deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience with DevOps (or similar product).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, verify, and test story acceptance criteria to ensure UI consistency and correct functionality.
• Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies including refinement and scoring, and provide clear testing feedback.
• Apply knowledge of Agile Scrum practices, roles, ceremonies, artifacts, and cadence.
• Write SQL queries for data verification and validation.
• Support the full software development lifecycle.
