Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of QA testing experience, SQL Server proficiency, and hands-on use of DevOps tools to facilitate testing and collaboration. This hybrid position requires WI residency or relocation at the candidate's expense, with a 1 day in-office per week schedule.<\/p>

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality assurance testing experience with story acceptance criteria.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL Server Management Studio to view data and validate calculations.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile Scrum ceremonies, roles, artifacts, and cadence.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps or similar tooling to support testing and collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including technical writing for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, verify, and test story acceptance criteria to ensure web applications meet requirements and UI consistency.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and provide clear, concise feedback from story testing.
• Use DevOps tooling to support testing workflows and team collaboration.
• Write and run SQL queries to validate data integrity and system calculations.
• Identify and communicate corrections to programmers with professionalism and customer service.
