Job summary

The Wisconsin Court System is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Business Process Analyst - Quality Assurance. This role leads testing efforts, develops QA plans, and ensures high-quality software and IT operations across CCAP. Travel statewide to train users and implement new systems.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of software QA experience, with strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in software quality assurance incl. test plans, test procedures, or automated tests.
• Experience with software systems, applications, or business workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality standards and metrics for IT processes and documentation.
• Develop QA plans for software upgrades and infrastructure changes.
• Conduct QA testing for CCAP software releases and IT initiatives.
• Build test automation and maintain CCAP's automated tests suite.
• Collaborate with product owners on user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain a defect tracking log and review defect reports for resolution.
• Provide continuous quality monitoring and audits of IT processes and standards.
