Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, public administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of software quality assurance experience including creating/executing QA test plans.
• Experience with software systems, applications, or business workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Establishes quality standards and metrics for IT processes and documentation.
• Develops QA plans for software upgrades and infrastructure changes.
• Conducts QA testing for CCAP software releases and operations initiatives.
• Builds test automation and maintains CCAP's automated test suites.
• Collaborates with product owners on user acceptance testing.
• Maintains a defect tracking log and reports defects for resolution.
• Provides continuous quality monitoring and audits IT processes and standards.
• Develops enterprise-wide QA policies, procedures, and best practices.
