Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, public administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of software quality assurance experience with test plans and automated tests.
• Experience with software systems, applications, or business workflows.
• Effective communication with non-technical users, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a service-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and web/software productivity tools.
• Understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and QA techniques.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze IT needs and prepare end-user training materials.
• Willingness to travel statewide to train CCAP customers and implement new systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes quality standards and metrics for IT processes and documentation.
• Develops QA plans for software upgrades and infrastructure changes.
• Conducts QA testing for CCAP releases and initiatives.
• Builds test automation and maintains automated test suites.
• Collaborates with product owners on user acceptance testing.
• Creates and maintains test plans, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintains a defect tracking log and reports defects for resolution.
• Monitors IT process quality and audits adherence to policies.
• Develops enterprise-wide QA policies and best practices.
• Provides user support to CCAP stakeholders using CCAP applications.
