Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking a Senior QA and Test Automation expert to lead Appian automation and QA across our enterprise. You will partner with multiple agile teams to ensure robust testing strategies and high-quality releases.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with Appian testing, Selenium with C#, Page Object Model, and Zephyr/JIRA integration, with emphasis on end-to-end and API testing across 73 applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA and test automation experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Appian testing and automation with strong certification preferred.
• Proficient in test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Experience with Selenium automation using C# and Page Object Model.
• Strong experience with Zephyr and JIRA/Zephyr integration for test documentation.
• Ability to balance manual testing with strategic automation decisions.
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Appian automation and QA processes across enterprise workflow solutions
• Support QA strategy and execution for Workflow Solutions, Servicing, and Onboarding initiatives
• Deliver manual and automated functional, regression, end-to-end, and API testing across the application portfolio
• Collaborate with agile teams to ensure quality standards across multiple applications
• Design and implement Selenium-based automation frameworks using C# and Page Object Model
• Manage test case documentation and execution using Zephyr and JIRA integration
• Provide release sign-off and validation before production deployments
• Execute both manual test scenarios in Zephyr and automated test coverage
• Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and QA processes

• Support Workflow Solutions, Servicing, and Onboarding initiatives through comprehensive QA strategy and execution
• Deliver manual and automated functional, regression, end-to-end, and API testing across the application portfolio
• Collaborate with 12 agile teams to ensure quality standards are maintained across 73 applications
• Design and implement Selenium-based automation frameworks using C# and the Page Object Model
• Manage test case documentation and execution using Zephyr and JIRA integration
• Provide release sign-off and validation before production deployments
• Execute both manual test scenarios in Zephyr and automated test coverage for optimal quality assurance
• Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and QA processes

What You'll Need to Have:

• 10+ years of quality assurance and test automation experience in enterprise environments
• Proven Appian platform expertise with hands-on testing and automation experience (Appian Certification strongly preferred)
• Strong SDLC/STLC knowledge including test strategy, planning, documentation, execution, and reporting
• Demonstrated proficiency with Selenium automation using C# and Page Object Model design patterns
• Solid experience with Zephyr test management and JIRA/Zephyr integration for test case documentation
• Ability to balance manual testing execution with strategic automation coverage decisions
• Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus
