Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality assurance and test automation experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven Appian platform expertise with hands-on testing and automation experience (Appian Certification strongly preferred).
• Strong SDLC/STLC knowledge including test strategy, planning, documentation, execution, and reporting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Selenium automation using C# and Page Object Model design patterns.
• Solid experience with Zephyr test management and JIRA/Zephyr integration for test case documentation.
• Ability to balance manual testing execution with strategic automation coverage decisions.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus.

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their QA Automation (Appian) position! This is a 12-18 month contract-to-hire and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
