The QA Analyst is a self-starter who learns quickly and is willing to jump into any task, even those where they have basic or no knowledge of the area. As a more seasoned tester, the candidate will be able to work independently with minimal guidance and direction, be able to write and execute more complex tests, and provide more detailed feedback on not only the quality of the product but also its usability and design.
