Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Chesterfield, MO to lead SAP testing initiatives across multiple modules and lifecycle stages. The role focuses on designing and implementing robust QA strategies for SAP environments, mentoring testing teams, and ensuring go-live readiness.

You will drive defect management, risk assessment, and ensure high-quality delivery through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a senior, on-site position requiring deep SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience, including significant SAP exposure.
• Led QA activities for at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
• Strong grasp of SAP architecture and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience with Panaya and Azure DevOps for testing and defects.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Chesterfield, MO. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the SAP testing strategy, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing
• Design comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with SAP release cycles
• Lead and mentor testing teams and automation engineers across the ERP ecosystem
• Coordinate and govern testing activities spanning SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM
• Oversee test execution for S/4HANA programs, including greenfield implementations, system conversions, and global rollouts
• Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and timely escalation of critical issues
• Deliver executive-level quality dashboards, insights, and go-live readiness assessments that enable informed decision-making
• Champion continuous improvement by promoting best practices, automation, and innovative quality engineering approaches

Requirements

• 5+ years of testing experience, including significant experience within SAP environments
• Proven success leading Quality Assurance activities for at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and end-to-end enterprise business processes
• Experience with testing and defect management tools such as Panaya and Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into meaningful business insights
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams toward successful delivery

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
