Job summary

Ledelsea is seeking a seasoned testing professional to own end-to-end SAP testing strategy and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and implementation partners to embed quality into all delivery stages, ensuring stability and confidence across SAP programs.

You will lead QA activities for S/4HANA projects, mentor automation engineers, and drive continuous improvement through best practices and robust defect management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience, including significant SAP environments.
• Proven success leading QA activities for at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and end-to-end enterprise business processes.
• Experience with testing and defect management tools such as Panaya and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SAP testing strategy, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with SAP release cycles.
• Lead and mentor testing teams and automation engineers across the ERP ecosystem.
• Coordinate and govern testing activities spanning SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM.
• Oversee test execution for S/4HANA programs, including greenfield implementations, system conversions, and global rollouts.
• Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and timely escalation of critical issues.
• Deliver executive-level quality dashboards, insights, and go-live readiness assessments that enable informed decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement by promoting best practices, automation, and innovative quality engineering approaches.
