Job summary

Eravant in Torrance, CA seeks an detail-oriented QA/Administrative professional to support daily inspection workflows. You will check NetSuite dashboards, verify product readiness for QA, and prepare documentation.

The role involves data-driven tasks, auditing ERP entries, investigating nonconformances, and assisting receiving inspections. A strong command of MS Office and clear communication are essential; growth into a more technical QA role is encouraged.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a data-driven admin/QA/ops environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Workspace a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with accurate data entry.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive learning mindset.
• Willingness to grow into a technical QA role.

Responsibilities

• Check NetSuite dashboard for daily QA work orders.
• Ensure outgoing QA/QC before shipment for nonconformances.

• Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports and documentation.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workplace is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
