Job summary

Eravant in Torrance, CA is seeking a detail-oriented QA/Administrative professional to manage daily QA checks and ensure product readiness for shipment. You will review NetSuite work orders, audit entries, and assist in investigating non-conformances while supporting receiving inspection activities.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workplace is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity to learn, and willingness to grow into a more technical QA role overtime.

Responsibilities

• Check your NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.
• Responsible for outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for any nonconformances.
• Assists in investigating non-conformance issues or discrepant materials.
• Audit work order entries in our company ERP system (NetSuite).
• Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow the VRMA processes by preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation for non-conforming material.
• Assist receiving inspection as needed with testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection.
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
