POSITION SUMMARY

The NetSuite System and Integrations Lead will play a critical role in the growth and development of the NetSuite application. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable in operational excellence and best practice in a warehousing/manufacturing environment. They will support the seamless operation of transactional activities involving all departments in NetSuite. They will be a key player in project scoping and facilitate optimal decision-making. They will provide expertise in financial operations and manufacturing functions for multiple legal entities. He or she will act as a functional guide with the ability to assess and recommend best practice solutions based on native NetSuite functionality. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, and implementation of additional system upgrades, and the development and documentation of system processes and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review of system processes and ability to provide meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making processes as they relate to business activities within the NetSuite environment
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather relevant requirements, prevent unnecessary inefficiencies, streamline system functionality, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and operational best practices while maintaining system security and integrity.
• Mentor junior NetSuite Administrative staff, providing training and guidance
• Drive business results by recommending opportunities for business process and finance improvements
• Establish and maintain internal documentation controls ensuring accuracy and compliance in project scope planning
• Ad hoc NetSuite support

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field from an accredited university
• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite
• In-depth understanding of standard accounting practices, financial reporting requirements, and GAAP compliance
• Full product lifecycle knowledge as it relates to the NetSuite environment. (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) Warehouse/manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience with SAP Concur, HubSpot, or Celigo is advantageous though not required
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills
