Responsibilities

  1. Organize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.
  2. Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures.
  4. Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
  5. Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources.
  6. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  1. Quality Professional preferred.
  2. Risk Management preferred.

Education:

  1. High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
