We Are Hiring
  • Department: Total Quality Management
  • Schedule: Full Time, Days
  • Hospital: All Saints Spring Street Campus
  • Location: Racine, WI
What You Will Do

Organize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.

  • Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures.
  • Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
  • Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources.
  • Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Quality Professional preferred.
  • Risk Management preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
