Benefit options and eligibility vary by position. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.

Responsibilities

  1. Organize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.
  2. Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures.
  4. Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
  5. Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  1. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the state of Wisconsin or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  1. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required.

Work Experience:

  1. Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in the field of the primary work required.
