We Are Hiring
  • Department: Total Quality Management
  • Schedule: Full Time, Days
  • Hospital: CSM Hospital Milwaukee
  • Location: Milwaukee, WI
What You Will Do

Organize and coordinate quality, risk, and patient safety program activities and workflow.

  • Coordinate quality, risk, and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems, and performance measures.
  • Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
  • Analyze data collected from various sources and develop detailed quality and financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Quality Professional preferred.
  • Risk Management preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's degree, or a Technical degree required.
