Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Lenoir, NC is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional to lead our Residential Group Home serving residents with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

You will supervise services, develop structured care plans, hire and train direct support staff, ensure policy compliance and training, and collaborate with families to safeguard residents’ health, safety and welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services program from an accredited institution.
• Qualified NC mental health professional.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic approaches and crisis de‑escalation skills.
