As a Qualified Professional for Peer Support Service, you will provides screening, evaluations, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, counseling, psychotherapy, crisis stabilization, and referral services for adults receiving outpatient mental health and substance use treatment. Working collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, community partners, and support systems, this role develops person‑centered treatment and aftercare plans, facilitates individual and group services, coordinates referrals and community resources, and supports client progress across life domains.

This position follows a Monday – Friday Scheduled: 8am – 5pm
