Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a passionate, Full-Time Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional to join our Clinton, NC team, serving youth ages 3–20 and their families with Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy.

You’ll work 3:00 pm–7:30 pm, coordinating with schools and juvenile justice as needed, and participate in a weekly crisis response rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with two years of experience with at risk youth or Master’s degree with one year.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to youth aged 3–20 and their families.
• Utilize Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy model.
• Work schedules 3:00 pm–7:30 pm; may involve schools and juvenile justice coordination.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional, you will work as part of a team to provide therapy that involves the child (ages 3–20), their family, and extended family, while also implementing an evidence‑based therapeutic model known as Eco‑Systemic Structural Family Therapy. This will generally occur during the hours of 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm and may include interventions with schools and the juvenile justice system, or coordination of care interventions in the home. You will also participate in the crisis response rotation with your team for one week at a time.

This position has a flexible work schedule from M-F 9am-5pm, however flexible later afternoon scheduling to accommodate families served. 24/7/365 rotating on call with team.

The service area for this position is in Duplin and Sampson counties.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with two years of experience with at risk youth OR Master’s degree in a Human Service field with one year of experience with at risk youth
