Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Full-Time Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional to provide therapy for youth (ages 3–20) and families in the Clinton, NC area. You will implement Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy, collaborate with schools and juvenile justice as needed, and rotate crisis response one week at a time.

The role offers a flexible late-afternoon schedule (3:00 pm–7:30 pm) with potential on-call responsibilities, and opportunities for professional growth within a leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with two years of experience with at risk youth OR Master’s degree with one year of experience.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for children aged 3–20 and their families using Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy.
• Coordinate care with schools and juvenile justice when needed.
• Participate in crisis response rotation with the team for one week at a time.
• Work hours generally 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm with potential additional scheduling.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional, you will work as part of a team to provide therapy that involves the child (ages 3–20), their family, and extended family, while also implementing an evidence‑based therapeutic model known as Eco‑Systemic Structural Family Therapy. This will generally occur during the hours of 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm and may include interventions with schools and the juvenile justice system, or coordination of care interventions in the home. You will also participate in the crisis response rotation with your team for one week at a time.

This position has a flexible work schedule from M-F 9am-5pm,however flexible later afternoon scheduling to accommodate families served. 24/7/365 rotating on call with team.

The service area for this position is in Duplin and Sampson counties.
