This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment goals, and leading therapy groups using creative approaches. The position offers a competitive salary between $55,000 and $57,000 for provisional licensure, with full licensure starting at $58,000 and a full benefits package.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Outpatient Therapist on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping both youth and adults build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations.

You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth. This is a wonderful opportunity to utilize your passions and creativity. Whether that’s art therapy, mindfulness, movement, or other therapeutic approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required.
• Licensure:
  • LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A); Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
