SPARC Programs in North Carolina is actively hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QP) to support children and adolescents in our mental health programs. Starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, with incentive bonuses for experienced candidates. Qualified candidates need at least 2 years of relevant experience.

We are actively hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QP) in the Rowan County, NC area. Starting pay is $45,000-$55,000/Year + Incentive Bonuses. Higher salaries with experience.

Qualified Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field. Bachelor's degree in Human Service degree required (Psychology, Sociology, other). Our business office can confirm if you qualify. No FCT experience is necessary. Higher salary with prior FCT experience. QPs who complete their FCT certification within 6 months will receive a $1500 bonus, within 1 year will receive a $1000 bonus.
