Job summary

Dyer Nursing and Rehab invites a qualified CMA to join our dedicated care team in Dyer, Indiana. As a CMA, you will assist with medication administration, monitor residents’ vital signs, and support daily living activities under RN supervision.

You will engage with residents in a compassionate, respectful manner, maintain detailed records, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. A CMA/QMA certification and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• CMA/QMA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration as directed by licensed staff.
• Monitor residents' vital signs (temp, pulse, BP, O2) and report changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Maintain accurate, detailed care records.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
