Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced English Teacher with SEN/SEMH expertise to join a dedicated SEN school in Epping. You will deliver engaging lessons to learners aged 11-18, adapt materials to varied needs, and support a calm, inclusive classroom environment.

You'll collaborate with SEN support staff and therapists, monitor progress, and contribute to behavior management and safeguarding. Immediate interviews available.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• PGCE or equivalent training is required.
• Experience in SEN education (Secondary preferred).
• Strong classroom management.
• Patient, resilient, adaptable approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Support positive behavior management across the classroom.

I am looking for an experienced English Teacher who has extensive SEN and SEMH experience to join an intimate team of teachers within an SEN school in Epping.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional and complex needs. You will help them learn, build confidence and achieve their fullest potential. This is a rewarding role in which you will gain a lot of hands on experience
